Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Blackjack Lens ("we", "us") covering the Blackjack Lens software ("the Software") and this website. By downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You must not use the Software anywhere that its use, or gambling itself, is unlawful.

2. What the Software is

The Software is analysis software. It shows mathematical estimates about blackjack hands. It is not a gambling service, takes no wagers, holds no funds, and never places bets or operates any casino interface for you. All gambling decisions, and their results, are yours alone.

4. Licence

Blackjack Lens is sold for a single one-time payment. Your licence is tied to one Blackjack Lens account and may be activated on up to 2 Windows PCs at a time. Accounts and licences may not be shared or resold. Because the Software is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you ask for the download to start straight away and acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). If the Software does not work on any supported table on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for lawful purposes in line with these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute it, except as open-source licences for included components allow. The licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

5. No guarantee of results

The Software's outputs are estimates. They can be wrong because of simulation error, approximations in the model, card-recognition mistakes, incorrect table rules, incomplete data, or bugs. Using the Software does not guarantee that you will win, or that you will lose less. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, CLOSED OR RESTRICTED ACCOUNTS, CONFISCATED FUNDS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or your breach of any third party's terms, including a casino operator's.

9. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino, gaming operator, game provider or live-dealer studio. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, show a notice on this site. We may stop offering the Software at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes go to the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, unless the mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.

Privacy Policy

This website

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your browser keeps one local setting to remember that you answered the age prompt, and it is never sent to us. The Questions assistant runs entirely in your browser and answers from a fixed list; what you type into it is not stored or sent anywhere. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which may keep standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and abuse prevention, for a limited period under its own privacy policy.

Optional: help add an unsupported casino

If you click Help add this casino on a table the Software cannot read yet, the app sends anonymous samples of that table's game messages to the Blackjack Lens website so we can add support for it. Before anything leaves your computer, the app removes nicknames, player and session IDs, balances, bet and win amounts, chat and any other text. Only message names, card values, seat numbers and the game server's name remain. At most three such reports are sent per day. This is off unless you click that button, and you can turn it off at any time with Turn off in the connector. We use these samples only to add casino support. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we keep them for no longer than we need to. You can ask for them to be deleted. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact support@blackjacklens.com.

Blackjack Lens is for information and analysis only. Nothing on this site or in the Software is financial, legal or gambling advice. Expected-value figures are estimates with their own error. Card recognition can be wrong, so always check what the Software proposes. Any example figures on this site are illustrations, not results. We make no claim that any user has made money, or will.
