Every hand. Every option. Priced.
Connects to live-dealer blackjack tables in your browser and shows the best play for every hand.
You play at your live blackjack table
The connector reads the table's own card data: your hand and the dealer's.
Blackjack Lens shows the best move instantly
Same hand, same dealer card: the best play, what every option is worth, your odds, and the live card count.
A real live table and the real app. The count shown is one moment in a shoe; most of the time the casino keeps its edge. Table footage belongs to its owners; not affiliated with any casino or provider.
250,000 hands. Every decision.
Behind every recommendation, the engine plays your exact situation out against the cards left in the shoe.
A full blackjack research lab.
On one screen.
Analysis that used to need spreadsheets and offline simulators, updated live as each card appears.
Every play priced in money
Hit, stand and double are calculated exactly from the cards still in the shoe, and split is run through a Monte Carlo simulation of up to 250,000 hands. Every play is shown as what it's worth on the table-minimum bet. The best play is tagged so you see it instantly.
Hand odds at a glance
Your chance to win, push or lose the hand, plus the chance you bust if you take another card.
Exact cards, straight from the table
On supported tables the connector reads the cards from the table's own data. No camera, no guessing, nothing to calibrate.
Finds your seat for you
The app works out which seat is yours on every supported table. Until it's sure, it shows Spectating and gives no advice for other people's hands.
Follows the shoe
Pragmatic Play shoe changes are picked up automatically. On Evolution and Playtech, one click on New shoe starts a fresh count.
Live count and next-hand edge
Tracks the card count (how many high cards are left compared with low ones), how many decks remain and how far into the shoe you are, and alerts you when the cut card comes out. Between rounds it says plainly whether the next hand looks better than usual, about even, or worse.
Insurance and cash-out checks
Insurance is only suggested when the shoe makes it worth more than its 1-in-3 break-even. When the table offers an early cash-out, the app tells you if the offer beats playing on.
Side bets, honestly
Perfect Pairs and 21+3 priced against the real paytable and the cards left. Most of the time the answer is "skip it", and the app says so.
Real Experience mode
Live video runs a few seconds behind the data. This mode delays the cards on screen so they appear with the dealer, while advice still arrives on time.
Never shows stale advice
If the table data drops or a card is missing, the advice clears straight away. No guess is ever shown as a recommendation.
Read-only by design
It never clicks, never bets and never touches your casino account. Every decision is yours.
Picks up the table's rules
Dealer stands on soft 17, blackjack payout, split and double rules are read from the table when it reports them, and every number follows.
Session log
Every decision is saved on your PC, so you can look back over a session and see where you followed the numbers.
What works where.
Support depends on each table's software. Here's what each one gets.
| Live blackjack from | Exact cards | Your seat | New shoe |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pragmatic Play | Yes | Found automatically | Detected automatically |
| Evolution | Yes | Found automatically | Click New shoe |
| Playtech | Yes | Found automatically | Click New shoe |
| Any other table | No | No | No |
Names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which tables the app can read. Blackjack Lens isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and support can change if a table's software changes.
Numbers you can verify.
Take 16 against a dealer 10. A basic strategy chart says hit. Card counters have long used a published rule: once the true count reaches 0, stand instead. Here is what Blackjack Lens calculates as low cards leave the shoe.
The switch happens just above a true count of 0, right where the published rule puts it. The gaps are small, a few cents to about a euro per €100, which is exactly why a fixed chart can't see them and the app can.
Show the numbers
| True count | Extra low cards gone | Hit (per €1) | Stand (per €1) | Better play (per €100) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| −0.25 | 0 | −0.5360 | −0.5408 | Hit by €0.49 |
| +0.00 | 2 | −0.5389 | −0.5423 | Hit by €0.34 |
| +0.25 | 4 | −0.5456 | −0.5436 | Stand by €0.20 |
| +0.51 | 6 | −0.5459 | −0.5457 | Stand by €0.01 |
| +0.77 | 8 | −0.5506 | −0.5472 | Stand by €0.34 |
| +1.03 | 10 | −0.5536 | −0.5493 | Stand by €0.43 |
| +1.30 | 12 | −0.5566 | −0.5510 | Stand by €0.56 |
| +1.83 | 16 | −0.5640 | −0.5549 | Stand by €0.91 |
| +2.38 | 20 | −0.5721 | −0.5590 | Stand by €1.31 |
8 decks, dealer stands on soft 17, exact calculation by Blackjack Lens's engine. "Extra low cards gone" means 2s to 6s dealt beyond an even shoe.

Up and running in a minute.
Connect
Install the read-only connector in Chrome or Edge and start the app. Open a supported table and it attaches by itself. Nothing is sent to us.
Sit down
Take a seat and the app finds it automatically. On Evolution and Playtech, click New shoe when the dealer changes shoes; Pragmatic Play shoe changes are picked up for you.
Play with the numbers
Every hand shows the best play, what each option is worth, your odds, and the live count. You decide; the app never clicks.
Straight answers.
Does it place bets or click anything for me?
No. Blackjack Lens only reads. It has no way to click, bet, or control your casino account. Every decision is yours.
Will it make me win?
No. Nothing can promise that. Blackjack has a house edge, and good decisions only reduce it. You can still lose money, so only play with money you can afford to lose.
Which tables does it work with?
Live blackjack from Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Playtech. See Supported tables for exactly what works on each. Other tables get no advice at all, so you never get a guess.
Do I need to set anything up?
Install the connector extension once and start the app. Your seat is found automatically on every supported table. On Pragmatic Play, shoe changes are detected too. On Evolution and Playtech, click New shoe when the dealer changes shoes.
What does "EV" mean?
Expected value: the average result of a play if you played the same hand many times. The app shows it in money for the table's minimum bet. On a €5 bet, "+€3.11" for Double means you'd make about €3.11 per hand on average, and "−€0.82" for Stand means you'd lose about 82 cents per hand on average. The play marked BEST has the highest number.
What are "10s" in the shoe chart?
All the cards worth ten: 10, J, Q and K. They're grouped because they play the same in blackjack. The chart shows how many of each rank are still in the shoe.
Does any of my data leave my computer?
Your table data stays on your PC: cards, hands, bets and balance are never sent anywhere, and there's no telemetry. The only thing that goes online is the licence check, which sends your account email and a device ID. If you choose to click "Help add this casino" on a table we don't support yet, anonymous samples of that table (no names, IDs or amounts) are sent so we can add it; that's off unless you click it. Local files live in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BlackjackLiveLab and you can delete them from inside the app.
What do I need to run it?
A 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. For exact table data you also need Chrome or Edge with the optional read-only connector extension.
Before you use it
Read this. It matters more than any feature.
- No guaranteed winnings. Blackjack has a house edge under normal rules. Better decisions reduce that edge; they do not remove the risk of losing money. Past results mean nothing for future hands.
- Casino terms. Most online casinos ban third-party software, decision aids or card tracking during real-money play. Breaking those terms can get your account closed and your winnings or balance confiscated. Read your casino's terms first.
- The law where you are. In some places it is a criminal offence to use any device that helps you play, count cards or calculate odds. Gambling itself is illegal in some places. You must check, and obey, the law where you live and play.
- Your responsibility. Only use Blackjack Lens where it is allowed. We do not encourage, and do not license, use that breaks any law or any casino's terms.
Not affiliated. Blackjack Lens has no connection to any casino, game provider or live-dealer studio, and none of them endorse it.
